Self-employed applicants must provide at least two years of signed personal and business tax returns for verification and/or any verifiable 1099s or K-1 forms.

Rent-to-Income Ratio: The property manager requires that rent should ideally not exceed 30% of your gross monthly income, allowing for sufficient funds for other necessities. This means the tenant’s income should be at least three times the rent amount. Additionally, the tenant must maintain a minimum credit score of 675.
