Please be aware of rental scams. If you are asked to pay anything before seeing the property in person and confirming with current tenants at the property that the person you are communicating with is in fact their manager, it may be a scam.
All rental agreements for the buildings we manage are with Coast Property Management, 5505 E. Santa Ana Canyon Rd. #17042, Anaheim, CA 92817. You will never be asked to pay any money without first viewing an apartment in person, applying and being approved for the apartment and signing our standard rental agreement. If you have any questions or concerns about anything, you can call or text us. Additionally, when you are at the property for a viewing, you can talk to the other tenants at the property and confirm for yourself that Coast Property Management is the current manager for the building. That is the best way for all tenants to avoid being scammed.
