It has a large kitchen which opens up to a huge great room that has a unique sunken fire place and this opens up to a large deck. It gives the feel of a vast area which of course it is. share a huge 4 car garage that has plenty of storage around its perimeters and you are guaranteed off street parking whether it is in the garage or another driveway parking spot. a free washer and dryer that we share in a laundry room. We are two working professionals that are pretty busy during the week and looking for the same. We (38year old female and 30 year old male) have rented here for a few years and get along well with each other.Your share of the utilities would be approximately $100 per month. The countertops and some of the facilities are a bit aged but the location, size and amenities more than make up for the lack of a remodeled look.
