Renting our 2bed/2bath Spanish style home in North Inglewood. Property is less than 1/2 a block from Edward Vincent Park. Park is huge! Home is situated in a quiet neighborhood that is isolated by the large park and neighborhood. Centrally located... close to Culver City, Sofi Stadium, 405 freeway and the 105. Rental comes with internet.


The home has central air and heating and huge balcony that over looks the street. 2 car garage is included.

There is a tenant in the guest house but they have their own access from the side gate and their unit is separated by the fence.

We are open to 1 dog but there will be an additional security deposit and is subject to us meeting the dog to ensure that he/she is house broken.

Gardner comes weekly to landscape.
