This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom single family home on a duplex lot. Available to move in now, located near Bixby Knolls this house is perfect for a couple or small family. Right across the street from a brand new Starbucks, gas station, fast food... restaurants and newly paved roads. Simple, clean and cute are a few words that best describe the property. When you walk in you feel the space with an open floor plan layout from the living room to the kitchen. To the right each bedroom is on separate ends of the home divided by the bathroom so you have extra privacy in each room. The master bedroom has two windows, one looking out to the back and the other looking out to the side of the house. The master has a spacious closet. The second bedroom has a built in floating desk and closet that is perfect as a guest bedroom, office or for someone that works from home. The second bedroom has a big panoramic window that looks out to the street and the other window looks out to the side of the house. The property has a big shared backyard. A large Mini-split in the kitchen cools and heats the whole house in a matter of minutes. The rooms do not have individual AC units. The bathroom comes with a large jacuzzi bathtub and shower. Lots of storage and multi-color app controlled lighting in the bathroom if you want to take a relaxing bath.

The property has an additional unit that is being built and will share a common are in the back yard. The new unit will be occupied by the owner of the property, a young professional couple. The owners in the back have a separate entrance using the gate on the driveway side of the house that doesn't effect or interfere with tenants.

The owners are looking for a clean, quiet, respectable tenant. The owners are young, fun and in tech and the creative arts professionally. They want someone who will respect the house that they put time and effort into maintaining and remolding over time. No cats, small dogs will be considered but will be contingent on getting along with the owners dog since the backyard is shared.

Rent is $2950 every month, security deposit is $2950 as well. This will be a 6-12 month lease with an option to renew month-to-month if the owner approves and only upon owners approval.
Bi-weekly the owners cover gardening services and once a month cover pest control services to make sure the house stays maintained. Street parking, the owners will need the use of the driveway for their vehicles and for access during the construction of the back unit.
Good credit is important, if credit is bad then an explanation will be required. Absolutely no smoking inside the house, smoking any kind of substance will result in an automatic forfeit of your security deposit.
The house is equipped with solar panels on the roof so the electric bill is very low every month. The fridge is brand new and the stove is gas. Internet runs around $70-$100 a month depending on the speed you are requiring.
