We are located right across the street from picturesque Kenneth Hahn Park, which is great for trail hiking, biking, picnics and barbecues. Norman O. We are looking for renters that are quiet, WILL KEEP THEIR APARTMENT NEAT & CLEAN WITH REGULAR CLEANINGS, respectful, have a good credit score, no prior evictions and no criminal history. We prefer that you don’t smoke cigarettes or marijuana, and especially that you don't burn incense.
