This smoke-free property features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom within an 850 sq. ft. layout in a DUPLEX (one unit in a two-unit house; the 2 units are side by side; you can see the 2 red doors at the front of the house in the photos).
The living room is equipped with a ceiling fan, offers ample space for relaxation with a lot of light from the multiple windows in it, and features a lovely view of a professionally landscaped front yard. The living room and first bedroom feature a recently installed carpet. In the 1st bedroom, you will notice a big window with greenery right outside of it.
The kitchen is equipped with a new marble countertop and new cabinet doors, has its own entrance, as well as an additional room/section for storage and laundry machines.
The master bedroom is very quiet since it's furthest away from the street, and you can even hear the crickets chirping at night (if you open a window); it features a walk-in closet and a fan. There are big storage compartments in the hallway by it (see photo).
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower combination, new hardware, and a new medicine cabinet.
The available yard space for this unit is in the front yard ONLY, which you can see in the first image. Add a table set or a swing in the cemented area and enjoy the evening breeze! We are just 10 miles from the ocean, and the breeze hardly ever stops. The whole house's external look was recently updated (as well as the kitchen's countertop and cabinet doors. The carpet in the living room and the first bedroom is new.) The front door is high-quality and custom-made. However, there is no dining room; it was converted into a bedroom.
There is no parking available on the property, unfortunately. Hence, the lower rent price.
Cats and small dogs are allowed but can NOT roam the yard (cannot walk around the yard at all, and cannot relieve themselves in the yard).
*TO PRE-QUALIFY TO VIEW THE UNIT:
1. The combined income of the adults living in the unit has to be over $7,000 per month, and it has to be income that can be verified (with paystubs and tax returns) for the last 2 years.
2. All adults have to be on the lease agreement (jointly and severally), and all adults have to pass a background and credit check (score of 680 at least), as well as an employment, eviction, sex offender check, and never allow anyone to smoke on the property. The size of the unit doesn't allow for more than 3 adults and a total of 4 individuals (so 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults MAXIMUM).
3. Upon signing a lease agreement, tenant(s) are to pay the first month's rent and security deposit, about $2,400 each (2400 security deposit + 2400 first month's rent).
A 1-year lease agreement is preferable; however, the lease length is negotiable if a longer or shorter term is needed.
A $29.95-50.00 application fee per applicant is to be submitted with the rental application and is non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
